Roselyn

Roselyn was 18 years old when she enrolled in Sheeler High School’s evening session. She only had 6.5 high school credits.

She also had a son, and was pregnant with a daughter. Raising two children was enough pressure, and high school didn’t help. It would have been easy to drop out and she almost did.

But she decided to take night classes instead. For three years, Roselyn attended Sheeler’s evening session with an 87% attendance rate.

While raising two children.

While working full time during the day to support them.

While never making excuses.

She graduated with a 3.3 GPA and is now enrolled in community college working toward a degree in the medical field.
